These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vidsync (the "Service"), available at vidsync.online. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Vidsync is a browser-based tool that lets you turn images and audio into video files. Your account lets you save projects, have them saved automatically as you work, and return to them later from your dashboard.
You need an account (email and password) to save and access projects. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You retain all rights to the images, audio, and other media you upload ("Your Content"), and to the videos you create and export with the Service. We do not claim ownership of Your Content. You are solely responsible for making sure you have the rights to use any material you upload, and for how you use the videos you export.
To operate the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, saving your project and rendering your video).
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Vidsync may offer a recurring monthly plan and a one-time "Lifetime" plan. Fees, where applicable, are described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, and we are not liable for any resulting loss.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vidsync and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, content, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including loss of access caused by service shutdown, downtime, or discontinuation as described in Section 5.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or for any other reason, at our discretion, including discontinuing the Service entirely.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
